Hypnosis, Creativity and the Artistic Endeavor

Jenny Ross, LCSW

Hypnosis opens the channel for the creative process by accessing the unconscious state, both in psychotherapy and artistic endeavors. Learn more about using trance to help open up possibilities, finding the freedom to explore all elements of the creative process in writing and art.

Hypnosis can provide a potential/play space to help participants tap into their rich internal imagery and bypass the critical voice. Just remember that while thinking too much on the conscious level can close us down, playing with less thinking on the unconscious level can open potential space and allow us to free the flow fully.
