Brigitte Lifschitz, LCSW has a full-time practice in psychotherapy and hypnosis in New York City. She uses a combination of psychoanalytic psychotherapy, an Ericksonian hypnotic approach, EMDR and the creative arts in her therapeutic work. Because of her background in music, she understands the affect of performance anxiety on musicians, actors and public speakers. She works in a flexible way, taking into account the needs of each individual client.
