I utilize Ericksonian hypnosis along with EMDR and the creative arts in order to assist you in finding your true potential. You may not know that you already have many of the answers and the skills you need to reach your goals. It is sometimes a matter of lowering the volume on the negative inner messages that you hear ever day, while reframing more positively, the way you look at the world around you.

I work with individuals and couples on difficulties with relationships, as well as problems with trauma, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias and habit control. It is a privilege for me to travel down this path of challenges and rewards with you, on your journey towards self-realization

Because of my background in music, I also understands the effect of performance anxiety on musicians, actors and public speakers. I work in a flexible way, taking into account the needs of each individual client.

I speak fluent French and some Spanish.
